With our practices in Llantrisant and Caerphilly, we are happy to look after clients from all surrounding areas including Nantgarw, Pontypridd, Abertridwr, Pentych, Machen, and Blackwood.
3. How well qualified and experienced are your staff? Do you offer any special services?
We pride ourselves on our staff, and our staff take pride in the plave they work. Everyone is passionate about their profession and regular attend professional development courses throughout they year to make sure they are up-to-date with advances in both medicine and surgery. We encourage everyone to develop their passions, and after extensive training and gaining post-graduate qualifications in their chosen area, we have two vets who offer second opinion services to our clients and anyone else who needs them. We offer an eye clinic with our certificate holder in ophthalmology.
We also have a certificate holder in surgery who has a particular interest in soft tissue and BOAS (Brachycephalic Obstructive Airway Syndrome) surgery, which helps address the range of breathing problems often seen in flat-faced dog breeds. You don’t need to be registered with us to use these services, so please get in touch if you would like to discuss a relevant condition and how we might be able to help you.
4. Is it a cat-friendly practice?

Plug-in facial pheromones help reduce anxiety, while spacious kennels with clear doors offer plenty of space to relax or hide. Charlie our Lead Vet also works specifically with dogs who might be reactive, nervous or anxious. We work with our pet owners, whether it’s waiting outside or enjoying cuddles at the treat bar, we’re dedicated to making your pet’s visit as comfortable as possible.
